do I place an order?
It's simple.

Just click on the "Add to Cart" buttons on the Order
Katie's Chocolate page and fill in the PayPal information, such
as which item(s) and quantity (how many pounds?) you would like
to order. You'll receive a confirmation email once we receive payment
for your order.
Jewelry,
Candles and Gifts - Just click on the "Add to Cart" buttons
on the Candles or Valentine's
page and fill in the PayPal information, such as which item(s) and
quantity (how many pounds?) you would like to order. You'll receive
a confirmation email once we receive payment for your order.

Collage Prints
- Just click on the "Add to Cart" buttons on the Order
Photo Collages page and fill in the PayPal™ information.
It's the most secure online ordering system available. You'll receive
a confirmation email once we receive payment for your order.
How
do I pay?
PayPal. You can either log in to your PayPal account or use a credit
card. PayPal is the most secure online payment system.

Do
I have to pay taxes or shipping?
Taxes and shipping are included in the pricing.
UPS Ground shipping prices are used. Contact
us if you want to have your order shipped another way and we'll
help you..
When
do online orders get processed?
Katie's
Old Fashioned Chocolates -
We'll send you a confirmation email. After
we receive payment confirmation from PayPal, the order will be packed
and shipped within the next two to seven (2-7) business days. Deliveries
are only made on weekdays. UPS does not deliver on weekends. You'll
need to choose U.S. Postal Service Express or UPS Standard or Overnight
if you need your chocolate faster.

Collage Prints - You'll receive
a confirmation email once payment is confirmed by PayPal by LinorStore.com.
We'll also include instructions on how to proceed to get your customized,
personalized Love that Face Photo Collage Print.
Is there a minimum order price or quantity?
Nope. Just order what you want.
How
can I tell what items I'm ordering?
You can view your cart at any time by clicking on the "View
Cart" button. This allows you to change quantities before you
checkout. If you completed the checkout process, PayPal will ask
you for payment.
How
are items shipped?
Prices are calculated using standard mail or UPS ground shipping.
It's your choice (except for Katie's Old Fashioned Chocolates, which
are shipped by UPS ground. Email us to see if you qualify for free
delivery in the Chicagoland area.
It
typically takes from 2 to 7 days to receive orders. Deliveries are
only made on weekdays. UPS does not deliver on weekends. Standard
delivery via ground service takes 2-7 business days. We may choose
not to ship an order over the weekend to ensure perfect condition
upon receipt. If you wish, Second Day (delivery within 2 business
days) and Next Day (delivery within one business day) air service
are available for an additional charge.
Please
note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. You must provide a street
address for your order. Be sure to include appropriate suite or
apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery. We are
not responsible for policies/actions of shipping services or of
the manufacturers who ship directly to customers.
Your
satisfaction with our products is our priority. Please provide us
feedback on: the order process, delivery and product quality by
sending an email or calling.
